With Beam Living, a full-service NYC real estate management company, the process is smooth, simple and—dare we say it—downright delightful. With a critical focus on technology and community building, Beam Living asked Bridgenext (formerly DEFINITION 6) to provide an exceptional experience for prospects, lease applicants and tenants.


To accomplish this, we began with Beam Living’s mission to “‘make city life happier’” with every interaction. Technology is an essential component of that mission, and the ecosystem of applications developed by Bridgenext provides a delightful user experience for Beam Living apartment seekers and residents.

Our team set out to build one “above property” technology stack, establishing a human connection thanks to a personalized digital experience and real residential stories, enabling 24/7 engagement with resident services.  Each site and application we built runs on a single Sitecore Experience Platform Instance and leverages a common library of custom-built components.
