Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect with deep expertise in Profisee to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale Master Data Management solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end MDM architecture, golden record design, data quality, and governance, with experience working in Azure-based data platforms. Exposure to Databricks and modern analytics ecosystems is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own enterprise-level MDM architecture using Profisee
- Lead Profisee implementation including data modeling, matching, survivorship, hierarchies, and stewardship workflows
- Define and manage golden records, data quality rules, and governance standards
- Integrate Profisee with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and downstream systems
- Collaborate with business, data governance, and engineering teams to align MDM with enterprise data strategy
- Support analytics and reporting use cases by enabling trusted master data for Databricks and Power BI
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Master Data Management architecture and implementations
- Hands-on expertise with Profisee MDM
- Solid experience with Azure Data Platform (Azure SQL, data integration services)
- Good understanding of enterprise data governance and data quality practices
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Databricks experience is a plus
Preferred Profile
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-system environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
