Job Title – Global Partner Manager
Summary: Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Global Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Partner/Channel Management. The primary focus of this role will be to work with Channel Partners and grow business together.
Responsibilities
1. Partner Management
· Understand and manage Partner program.
· Achieve and maintain desired Partner status.
· Plan and drive monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Partner stakeholders
2. Business Development Focus
· Work with offerings lead to map Partner and Bridgenext offerings and build multi-level relationships with Partner teams
· Drive Partner funds where relevant
· Review all relevant deals on a weekly basis and collaborate with Bridgenext /Partner teams to drive growth
· Plan and drive joint Sales/GTM engagements collaborating with Partner and Bridgenext teams
3. Business Planning and collaboration
· Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute Partner business plans including
o Partner strategy, business growth and approach
o Joint Offering and GTM plans
o Partner marketing plans including partner and internal marketing funds plan, campaigns etc.
o Work with partner teams to plan mutually agreed outcomes, messaging and governance
· Provide weekly/monthly reporting with focus on deal and metrics progress
4. Partner Events and Meetings
· Drive various internal teams to prepare for and execute Partner events/meetings, driving deals and collaboration with Partners
· Seek timely internal approvals for any expenses involved, working closely with Partner marketing teams as needed
5. Operational Aspects
· Manage Partner portals to reflect deals and deployments to increase Bridgenext influence in Partner Ecosystem
· Progress deals through the pipeline process in Partner Portal
Profile of the candidate
· Currently in a Partner/Channel Sales/Pre- Sales role with a GSI
· Geo focus: US, Canada, UK and LATAM
· Strong experience in Partner/Channel Sales/Pre-sales
Skills & Qualifications
· Good understanding of key Partner channels (Hyperscalers, AI, Platform Partners etc.)
· Experience in demand generation, channel sales
· Experience in running GTM campaigns collaborating with key stakeholders (Offerings, Business Units, Sales etc.)
