Position Description

The CDP Marketing Specialist will have experience understanding marketing requirements, analyzing customer data to make audience recommendations, and building experiences within a CDP. You should be creative and analytical with large data sets from multiple data sources.

Must Have Skills:

·      3+ Years of Experience using or implementing CDP (Simon Data, Adobe, Salesforce etc.)

·      4+ Years of SQL experience

·      Experience in data modeling and architecture. Excellent SQL skills.

·      Good Experience of using Python for data processing using Pandas, NumPy, etc. is good to have.

·      Experience in data and insights driven marketing environment with a strong understanding of the Marketing Technology stack including Marketing automation, Personalization, Segmentation, Analytics tools, and tag management systems.

·      Extensive hands-on experience with a CDP (Simon Data/Adobe etc.) to build and enrich customer profile for marketing.

·      Knowledge or experience in cloud technologies (AWS), ETL processes and API integration is a plus.

·      Have experience working with Big Data technologies (such as Presto, Hadoop, Spark etc.) is a plus

·      Knowledge or experience of data visualization is a plus.
