From Idea to Edit (and Everything in Between): How Pamela Saichann Makes It Work

01.28.26 By

Between shifting gears from writing to producing, editing to live production, and problem-solving to people-leading, Pamela Saichann thrives on momentum. Originally from Buenos Aires and now based in New York City, Pamela brings a global perspective, sharp instincts, and a deeply practical creative mindset to her role as Executive Producer. She keeps projects moving, teams steady, and ideas evolving, usually with a Mate in hand and a checklist close by.

Bridgenext team stats:

Pamela-Saichann

  • Name: Pamela Saichann
  • State: NYC via Buenos Aires
  • Role: Executive Producer
  • Favorite go-to snack/drink to keep your creative juices flowing: Mate (Argentinean tea beverage 🧉, all day)
  • How did you enter the world of production? Can you share a bit about your career journey?

I started my career in Buenos Aires after graduating in Media Communication, cut my teeth as a video editor, and eventually became a producer for a major 24/7 news channel.

In 1998, I moved to New York City to serve as the channel’s U.S. TV Correspondent. Transitioning from the newsroomto the freelance, I spent several years working as a bilingual producer and editor, which allowed me to master the full lifecycle of a project, from the field to the edit suite.

  • Sum up your work style in three emojis:

    🤹Juggling: I’m a multitasker

🎨 Palette: Need to stay creative

✨Sparkles: Never forget to have fun!

  • What do you love most about working with your team at Bridgenext?

Huge shout-out to the PR Services team! Having a team that truly has your back makes all the difference. They are the only ones who fully “get” our daily challenges and consistently crush it. Lucky to work with such a talented group!

  • What’s one tool, process, or mindset you rely on daily to get things done as a producer?

CHECK LISTS! If you saw my desk a few years ago, it was a graveyard of random receipts and tiny scraps of paper with frantic scribbles on them. Not exactly a “pro” look, right?

Nowadays, I live and breathe by digital checklists. It’s been a total game-changer.

  • What fuels your creative fire (besides caffeine and deadlines)?

The constant gear-shifting. Switching between writing, producing, live-producing, editing, and set-designingkeeps me on my toes and actually gives me more energy than focusing on just one thing.

  • What would you consider your biggest career achievement so far?

Adaptability. In an evolving business environment, I’ve successfully managed the ‘human’ side of transitions by training staff. I’ve estayed ahead of the curve by mastering AI-driven software. By bridging the gap between old processes and new technologies, I ensure our team stays efficient and competitive.

  • Tell us about a project you’re especially proud of.

I don’t have one ‘trophy’ project because I approach every client with the same level of intensity. I’m proud of my work because nearly every project requires me to think outside the box.

  • What’s your go-to software, platform, or production tool for bringing ideas to life?

    The entire Adobe Creative Suite!

  • What’s the most exciting trend in video or content production right now, from your perspective?

AI. AI isn’t just a trend, it’s the engine creating the trends.

  • How do you stay ahead in an industry that’s constantly evolving?

I’m always a student. It’s not about having all the answers right now; it’s about how quickly you can master the next big thing.

  • Do you have a favorite quote that resonates with your work or life philosophy?

Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.”

What stands out most about Pamela is her ability to adapt, learn fast, and bring people along through change. Whether she’s guiding teams through transitions, rethinking creative approaches for a client, or diving headfirst into new AI-driven tools, she leads with intention and curiosity. Pamela doesn’t chase trends or trophies; she focuses on doing amazing work, every time. And that consistency, care, and creative resilience is exactly what makes her such a trusted force at Bridgenext, and someone we’re proud to have on our Content Studio team.
