Dreamforce 2025 made one thing clear: the Agentic Enterprise isn’t coming – it’s already here. Salesforce announced Agentforce at last year’s conference, and twelve months later, the movement has gained serious momentum. From the keynote stage to the exhibit floor, agents were everywhere, showcasing how agentic AI is reshaping the way enterprises operate.
Our Bridgenext team, who attended the conference, share their top takeaways, favorite announcements, and predictions for what’s next. Here’s what stood out most.
Scott Effler, Director of Product Architecture, Technology, and Strategy, Salesforce Solutions: Salesforce has developed a production-ready platform for Agentic AI and is working hard to put the power of AI development in the hands of all its users.
Priya Akella, Principal Product Architect, Salesforce Solutions: Agentforce 360 connects the entire Salesforce platform by unifying its applications, data, and AI agents into a single, integrated system. It brings together Customer 360 apps, Data 360, and AI agents to provide a unified, intelligent, and actionable view of the business for employees.
Molly Redenbaugh, Principal Consultant and SVP, Salesforce Solutions: Supply Chain Cloud will revolutionize efficiency for our manufacturing and logistics clients who want to optimize operations in markets where margins are tight.
Sean Hogan, Head of Business Development and Partnerships, Salesforce: Life Sciences Cloud had a very impressive product launch and keynote. The room was packed with great presenters and early customer success speakers.
Aditya Arora, Global Head of Offerings and Partnerships: Data 360 is increasingly critical for organizations aspiring to become an agentic enterprise. Salesforce is moving industry clouds to core to unify data, AI, and automation under a single, extensible platform – eliminating silos and accelerating innovation. For customers, this means better performance, lower costs, and faster delivery of cross-industry solutions. At Bridgenext, we are helping our clients navigate this transition by modernizing data models, optimizing core integrations, and re-architecting customizations for scalability and AI readiness. Making sure clients realize the full power of Salesforce’s core-native industry capabilities.
One year after the Agentforce unveiling, we asked our team about next steps for the platform and value that can be realized.
Scott: We’re in the middle of our journey. We’ve overcome some big obstacles, and there are a few pivotal decisions that will fundamentally shape how customers and partners work with the new Salesforce Agentic OS. I’m watching closely to see how Salesforce expands MCP integration points and where we’ll be at Dreamforce ’26 with A2A evolution.
Priya: Success will depend on how well Agentforce integrates with real-world workflows. During the keynote, customer success stories from PepsiCo and Pandora demonstrated that some organizations have already uncovered value. We should see overall adoption in the coming months increase with brands of all shapes and sizes.
Molly: We’re in a period similar to the industrial revolution. Companies that adopt agentic tools will outpace the competition. Salesforce and Bridgenext are helping companies lead the way.
Sean: Agentforce is the future of Salesforce. Many customers are evaluating the economic costs, and potential multi-agent, multi-stack strategies. We are helping multiple clients right now complete both technical and economic scoping for their costs of building and running agents. Most are evaluating the agentic platforms that will best suit their use case first and then considering if they should combine agents from multiple platforms.
Scott: Slack. Salesforce is making Slack the main communication platform for both humans and agents. Field Service Representatives and Sales Managers can now engage across your enterprise and across different Salesforce Agents – all in one place.
Priya: Data 360 is now more integrated into Agentforce and acts as the data layer that gives agents context. Agentforce Voice was another product that got me excited. Being able to interact with customers in natural language is a huge step forward.
Molly: Data 360 is firmly integrated into Agentforce as its data layer, providing essential context for agents. New features like Intelligent Context help users manage unstructured data more effectively, moving closer to agentic workflows regardless of data quality. Supply Chain Cloud offers businesses real-time supply chain visibility in Salesforce, enabling instant monitoring of inventory, production, and supplier performance. This integration strengthens connections between front and back-office operations, boosts customer satisfaction, and enhances revenue through improved visibility and communication.
Aditya: Data 360 is getting better with every iteration. Here are a few of the highlights:
Data 360 is critical to achieving agentic enterprise aspirations as it provides the unified, governed, and real-time data foundation that AI agents need to operate effectively. This data backbone offers next best action through context and semantics, ensuring agents can access and understand the relevant information, including unstructured data, to deliver accurate insights and drive automated workflows.
Scott: There will be more adoption and evolution of Agent-to-Agent frameworks and how Salesforce Agentforce participates in an agent network.
Aditya: Agentforce Exchange is a great place to host use cases and is growing rapidly.
Molly: AI isn’t just a phase but a revolution. Be intentional with your strategy, but you don’t need to be perfect.
Dreamforce 2025 proved that agentic AI has moved from concept to reality. Organizations that embrace this shift will gain a competitive edge, while those that hesitate risk falling behind. The tools are production-ready, the platform is expanding, and the success stories are accelerating.
The one critical underpinning to AI success is access to trusted and reliable data. Salesforce’s enhancements to Data360 will enable organizations to provide this essential data context to their digital agents.
The question isn’t whether to adopt agentic AI – it’s how quickly you can get started.
Bridgenext, an Agentforce partner, is ready to help you navigate this transformation and realize the true value of Agentic AI.
