“Dreamforce keynotes didn’t present a crazy picture of the world where all of us were replaced by agents and AI,” said Michael Utell, chief commercial officer for Salesforce at Bridgenext, in BizBash’s latest piece. “Instead, they held onto this theme of the ‘agentic enterprise,’ where humans and agents collaborate side by side to improve productivity, quality, and service.”
